The smartest Heads to Modis

Five subsidiaries of the Adecco Group Deutschland were combined in September of 2018 to form the new, international brand Modis. Modis serves as a placement agency for highly specialized employees in the areas of engineering, IT and the life sciences, and its customers include all of the biggest names and most innovative industries in these sectors.

I was considered one of those smart, creative minds, and entrusted with the brand launch for the German market, along with associated strategic brand advising and relevant communication. I acted as a central part of the project team for the merger. All touch points were considered during the brand launch, and communication materials and channels were converted to the new design and the brand’s new, core message of “Connect Smarter.”
