Doing good together.

That is the title of international parquet and flooring manufacturer Tarkett’s sustainability program. The product iD Revolution got its name for a good reason: It is the first flexible designer floor made without PVC that is 100% recyclable, ensuring a closed material loop – the flooring received the highest ecological honor available for this achievement, fulfilling the requirements for Gold “Cradle to Grave” certification.

Of course, a leading specialty trade fair like BAU is the perfect venue for Tarkett to present itself as a pioneer in sustainability, and show how sustainable Tarkett products already are. Because of this, the topic was placed front and center in various ways throughout the stand: through tactile features, audiovisual media, and classic displays. The stand used real trees and plants, for instance, as well as materials that Tarkett recycles into new floors – like broken windscreens and scraps from installation. The topic was also supported on the digital level with a campaign focused on lead generation and social media activation.

  • Lead generation exhibition contacts
    + social media activation

A professional promotion team and stand personnel invited visitors to have Tarkett plant a tree in their honor through the #iplantatreewithTarkett campaign, in return for their personal contact information. Visitors could be rewarded with another tree for additional engagement on social media.

A great example of how interactive exhibitions, engaging ideas and inspiring employees can turn brand and product promises into a personal brand experience for customers at a trade fair.
